Who runs this website

bakery.sk and the Digital Bakery brand are operated by Vitamino s. r. o., company registration number (IČO) 47514001, Karpatské námestie 10, 831 06 Bratislava-Rača, Slovakia. For questions about cookies and privacy, email info@bakery.sk.

What your choice means

Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser. We use browser local storage (localStorage) to remember your choice. If your browser does not allow it, we try session storage (sessionStorage) or an essential cookie instead. You can see the optional categories by selecting “Cookie settings”. They are preselected on your first visit. Opening the banner or changing a checkbox does not start measurement. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel scripts load only after you confirm with “Allow all” or “Save selection”. To turn off all optional measurement, uncheck analytics and marketing, then select “Save selection”. Turning off analytics also turns off Google Signals.

The legal basis for optional measurement and related personal data is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Remembering your choice is necessary to respect it; it does not require consent to analytics or advertising.

The tools we use

Google Analytics 4

With analytics consent, we measure page views, contact button clicks, the start of a form and accepted enquiries. For contact buttons, we distinguish their placement in the hero, navigation or service cards. We record a form start at most once per page visit. We do not send your name, email, selected services or message as event parameters. Data may include a browser identifier, technical device information and details of the visit. We exclude query parameters and URL fragments from page measurement and send only the referring website’s domain. Retention for individual events and user data is set to 14 months, with the reset on new activity disabled. Google applies a two-month limit to age, gender and interest data. These settings do not apply to all aggregate Google Analytics statistics. See Google’s privacy policy.

Google Signals — audience insights

We allow Google Signals only when you separately allow this option and analytics. With this consent, Google may associate this website’s analytics cookie identifiers with Google advertising identifiers or cookies and information from a signed-in Google account. This concerns users who have given the relevant consent and enabled personalised advertising in their Google account. We receive aggregate age, gender and interest reports, not the identities of those users. Google receives the data. Reports cover only some visitors and may be hidden for small groups. Google advertising personalisation is disabled for this website’s measurement.

You can withdraw this choice in our Cookie settings. You can also manage your Google account data and settings through My Activity and Google Ad Settings. Withdrawal on this website does not automatically erase data Google has already received.

Microsoft Clarity

With analytics consent, we receive reports on clicks, scrolling and website session recordings. We also record contact button clicks, form starts and accepted enquiries as separate events. We mask contact form content and do not send your name, email or message to Clarity. Microsoft advertising consent remains off. According to Clarity’s policies, ordinary session recordings are retained for 30 days, while click reports and heatmaps are retained for up to 9 months. See the Clarity information and Microsoft privacy statement.

Meta Pixel

With marketing consent, we record page views (PageView) and accepted contact enquiries (Lead). These events give us an overview of website visits and enquiries and allow us to build Facebook and Instagram audiences. Meta may process browser and advertising click identifiers, your IP address, technical device information and the address of the visited page. Meta may associate this data with information in its services according to your settings and its policies.

We do not send your name, email, selected services or message as event parameters. We do not use automatic advanced matching or the Conversions API. Automatic recording of clicks and URL changes is disabled; we send only the events listed above. Meta receives the data. See Meta’s privacy policy and Meta’s cookie policy for details of data processing and identifier storage.

Your enquiry belongs in our conversation. Measuring an accepted enquiry records only the event. Your name, email, selected services and message are not event parameters. How we process the enquiry itself is explained in our Privacy notice.

Changing or withdrawing consent

Open Cookie settings or the button with that name in the website footer. In the banner, select “Cookie settings” to see the categories. Turn off the categories you no longer want and confirm with “Save selection”. To turn off all optional measurement, uncheck analytics and marketing; Google Signals turns off with analytics. If measurement scripts have already loaded, the page reloads to stop using them. We remove known cookies from these tools that are accessible on bakery.sk. You can remove cookies belonging to other domains in your browser settings.

If your browser blocks every way of saving your choice, we turn measurement off and add only privacy=denied to the URL for this visit. This contains no personal data and keeps measurement off after a reload. To remember your choice permanently, allow the website’s essential storage or clear its old data in your browser.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If you clear local storage or use a different browser, we ask for your choice again. After 180 days without renewed consent, we do not start optional measurement.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@bakery.sk. You also have the right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. We do not use measurement data to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Policy updates

Last updated: 8 October 2026. Visitors without a saved choice see a banner with “Allow all” and “Cookie settings”. In the settings, all optional categories are preselected, including Google Signals. Measurement starts only after the choice is confirmed. Existing saved settings remain valid. We do not enable Google Signals for an older choice based on earlier consent to analytics or Meta Pixel. We show visitors with allowed measurement the new option once; they can dismiss it without changing their choice. If all optional categories were already declined, we respect that choice. You can change your selection at any time in Cookie settings. We will ask for consent again if other measurement tools or purposes change substantially.
